Krenly respects intellectual property rights and expects its customers to do the same. Krenly drafts content with AI and, only after a customer's approval, helps publish it to that customer's own Google Business Profile and social accounts. The customer is responsible for the content they approve and publish. If you believe content published through Krenly infringes your copyright, you can notify us as described below.
1. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears (for example, a link to the Google or social post).
- Your contact details (name, email, address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What we do with a valid notice
On receiving a valid notice we will act expeditiously: we will notify the customer who published the material, disable or assist in removing the relevant content where it is within our control, and, for repeat infringers, may suspend or terminate the account. Note that content already published to Google, Instagram, or Facebook lives on those platforms — those services have their own reporting processes which may also need to be used.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] identifying the material, stating under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and providing your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of customers who are repeat infringers.
