Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-31 · Effective: 2026-05-31

This policy explains how Krenly (“Krenly,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and in our app, and the choices you have.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and mobile identifiers. They let a service remember your session and preferences and understand how the service is used.

2. How we use them

  • Strictly necessary — in the app, keeping you signed in, securing your session, and remembering basic preferences. The service does not work without these.
  • Preferences — remembering choices such as language or interface settings.
  • Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how the site and app are used so we can improve them. GA4 sets cookies (such as _ga) and processes data under Google's terms. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not use cookies to sell your data or to serve third-party advertising or cross-site ad tracking.

3. Third parties

Some functions rely on trusted providers — for example, Google Analytics for usage measurement, signing in with Google, and at checkout our payment processor. Those providers may set their own cookies or use storage governed by their own privacy policies. Connecting Google, Instagram, or Facebook is optional and done through their official sign-in flows.

4. Your choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and reset advertising identifiers in your device settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of Krenly from working. Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies before setting them.

5. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our technology changes. Questions? Email [email protected]. See also our Privacy Policy.
