Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Krenly account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what is removed, and what (if anything) we are required to keep.

1. Delete from inside the app

Open the Krenly app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is scheduled for deletion immediately. This is the fastest method and requires no email.

2. Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner).

3. What gets deleted

On deletion we permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:

• Your profile and login identity.
• Your connected business details and the access tokens for Google, Instagram, and Facebook (these connections are revoked).
• Your drafts, scheduled posts, review replies, keywords, and rank history stored in Krenly.
• Your settings and preferences.

Disconnecting Google/Meta also stops Krenly from accessing those accounts. Content you already published to Google, Instagram, or Facebook lives on those platforms and is managed there — deleting your Krenly account does not remove already-published posts from them.

4. What we may retain, and for how long

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse — for example, billing and tax records (typically up to the period required by applicable tax law) and minimal security logs. Retained records are isolated, access- restricted, and deleted once the legal basis expires. We do not keep your content or connected-account tokens after deletion.

5. Export before you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, request an export from Settings → Account → Export my data, or email [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on your data rights.
