Terms of AI Usage

Krenly uses artificial intelligence to help you market your business — drafting posts, review replies, profile descriptions, and more. These terms explain how those features work and what you should expect. They supplement our Terms of Service.

1. AI produces drafts — you approve everything

AI output in Krenly is a starting point, never a final action. Nothing is posted to Google, Instagram, or Facebook, and no review reply or profile change is published, until you review and approve it. The approval queue is the core of the product.

2. AI can be wrong — review before you publish

AI-generated content can contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or phrasing that doesn't fit your business. You are responsible for checking accuracy, tone, claims, prices, and compliance with each platform's policies before approving. Do not approve content you haven't read.

3. How your data is used for AI

To generate relevant drafts, Krenly sends the necessary context (such as your business name, category, topic, and brand-voice settings) to our AI providers through our backend. We do not sell your data, and it is used to provide the feature to you — not to train third-party models on your private content. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

4. Ownership of AI output

As between you and Krenly, the content you approve and publish is yours. AI-generated text and images may not always be eligible for copyright protection, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. Make sure content you publish doesn't infringe others' rights — see our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

5. Acceptable use of AI features

Don't use Krenly's AI to create unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; to fabricate reviews or misrepresent your business; or to generate content that violates Google's or Meta's policies. We may limit or suspend AI features that are misused.

6. No professional advice & no guaranteed results

AI suggestions (including ranking or profile advice) are informational, not legal, financial, or professional advice. Search rankings and engagement depend on Google, Meta, and real-world factors outside our control; Krenly does not guarantee a specific rank, score, or business outcome.
